Returns

Due to the nature of our products and international fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
• Opened or used pet products
• Delayed deliveries caused by customs or courier services

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive:

• A defective product
• The wrong product
• Missing items from your order

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Clear photos/videos of the item
• A brief description of the issue

After review, we may offer:

• Partial refund
• Full refund

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Lost Packages
